Sauvignon Blanc Maurel Vedeau 2006/2007, Languedoc, France

Fresh and zippy with delicious citrus fruit characters and hints of gooseberry

Sauvignon Blanc, Cannonberg, Fairtrade, Western Cape, South Africa 2007

A clean and refreshing style with citrus and grassy notes on the nose. The palate is beautifully round with herbaceous hints and gooseberry aromatics leading to a long and lingering, crisp finish

Pinot Grigio, Tre Fili, Veneto, Italy 2008

A dry lively Pinot Grigio with hints of green apples. Light and refreshing on the palate Semillon Chardonnay,

Willowglen South Eastern Australia, 2006/07

A very straightforward wine from down under which delivers the usual Ripe peaches, pineapple and lemon characters with a very light toast finish

Vina Leyda Chardonnay. Leyda Valley, Chile 2007/2008

Rich tropical fruit flavours like pineapple whilst maintaining a good balance with crisp acidity and lovely spicy finish

Chenin Blanc, Joostenberg Estate Paarl, South Africa, 2007

Chenin Blanc in South Africa is also called Steyn. Unlike its Loire cousin, it displays more tropical characters. Very fruity. Crisp with tropical , apricot, grapefruit flavours, zingy finish

Riesling Mudhouse, Wairapa, New Zealand, 2007/08

Juicy and ripe lime characters, hints of honey and a long zesty finish with a hint of spice

Petit Chablis, Domaine de la Meuliere, Burgundy 2007

Wonderful elderflower and cooking apple fruit aromas perfectly blended with a classic and distinctive mineral edge, which makes this Petit Chablis such value for money

Reuilly La Raie, Domaine Claude Lafond, Loire, France 2006/2007

This Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious alternative to Sancerre. Located near Sancerre, this appellation produces wines of great finesse, with delicious zippy lemon and minty characters and a lovely mineral finish.

Rosé Bergerie de la Bastide Rosé, Languedoc, France, 2007/2008

A delicious soft, fruity and spicy rosé from the Languedoc.

Le Mas Juliette Cuvée Solane, Côteaux du Verdon, Provence, France 2007

Dry but elegant style of rosé with distinct raspberry aromas, hints of provencal herbs and a lovely fresh and mineral finish.

Medium to full bodied. Eucalyptus notes, sweet red berries and hints of mocha develop in the mouth before a long, sweet and ripe finish

Merlot, Cousiño Macul, Maipo Valley, Chile 2007/2008

Soft and ripe with loads of plumy and chocolatey flavours, not too dry finish

Rioja ‘Capitoso’, Bodegas Altanza, Spain 2006

Deep ruby colour, packed with a lot of black and red berry fruit on the nose, with subtle hints of vanilla

Nero d’Avola, Arteo, Giorgio Flessati, Sicily 2006

Easy and heart warming with soft, spicy tannins. Blackcurrant and jammy flavours dominate the palate.

Château Mayne Graves, Bordeaux, 2005/2006

Made from 100% Merlot, this Bordeaux Superieur has spent 10 months in oak and displays plum jam and chewy black fruit flavours, the oak is well integrated with “Pain Grillé” characters

Côtes du Rhône Village, Domaine de Mayran, Rhône 2006 Biodynamic

Soft, ripe red fruit flavours with a long spicy, black pepper and garigue herbs finish. Very soft tannins.

Cabernet Merlot Fonty’s Pool, Western Australia, 2007

A delicious “Bordeaux blend” from Western Australia with soft, spicy tannins. Medium to full bodied with jammy characters

Shiraz Benchmark South Australia, 2006

Shiraz, which was originally called Syrah in France, is Australia star grape variety and usually produces wines with blackberry, white pepper and damson characters and this is no exception.

St Chinian, Domaine St Jean Le Conques, Languedoc, France 2006

A blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre, the wine displays intense cherry, dried Mediterranean herbs and bramble jam

Pinot Noir Devil’s Corner, Tasmania, 2008

A delicious upfront and juicy Pinot Noir with blackcherry and spicy characters, silky tannins

FestivoMalbec Mendoza, Argentina, 2006

Originally from Bordeaux, Malbec has now become Argentina’s grape variety. This is a dark, brooding colour, with rich raspberry, red currant and sweet plum flavours, leading to a clean, toasty finish.

Prosecco di Colli Trevigiani Donna Trevigiana Frizzante, Veneto, Italy NV

Made in Veneto in the North East of Italy, famous for Pinot Grigio, this is a delicious sparkling wine, full of refreshing green apples and elderflower. The perfect aperitif.

Champagne Paul Dangin Carte Or N.V. Montagne de Reims

A refreshing blend of Champagne’s three grapes – Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. A gentle mousse, with lemon notes to start and a soft biscuity finish.

Crémant de Loire Rosé, Domaine Langlois, N.V, Loire France Made by Bollinger,

a delicious rosé sparkling wine made by the traditional method, the flavours are of ripe raspberry and blackcurrant with a deliciously fresh and dry finish.
