	All rates include our full range of breakfast menu choices.
	Breakfast is served in the 1st floor restaurant from 8 am to 9 am week days and from 9 am to 10 am at weekends
	Our continental breakfast includes croissants, breads, preserves, cured meats, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereals, fruit juices, tea and coffee.
	Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. If our breakfast times do not suit, we can arrange for a breakfast tray to be made up for you in the evening.
	Access to rooms on day of arrival: Time arranged at the time of booking.
	Please advise us of your expected arrival time so that we can ensure your room will be ready for you.
	Rooms should be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
